If you ever receive wine that you believe has gone bad, we will happily send you a replacement bottle free of charge or issue you a refund for the item back to the card the item was purchased with. If you believe the wine is bad, stop immediately and recork the bottle. Contact us immediately for a return shipping label.
You may also send back any unopened bottle of wine you are simply unhappy with and we will issue you a refund for the item, less shipping charges, back to the card the item was purchased with as soon as your return is processed. We cannot accept returns of open bottles of wine.
